Do means cheers in Vietnamese and is pronounced Yo! The term comes from the popular drinking chant, "Mot, hai, ba, yo," a Vietnamese phrase meaning "one, two, three, cheers!", used as a toast or a way to say "cheers" when drinking with friends and family. This tradition emphasizes the communal aspect of drinking, highlighting togetherness and unity.

For our alcohol base, we used a 5x distilled vodka that is processed in house in the production facility. The vodka is then mixed with purified water and our REAL Asian juices and sugar in a large batch production tank. Unlike our competitors, who either use premixed carbonated water or use forced carbonation, Do is slowly chilled and carbonation is added to naturally mix inside the production tank. The slow carbonation process allows for finer bubbles to be dispersed throughout the liquid. We bottle/can the finished product, put it through the pasteurization process and pack it in cases ready for delivery to our distribution partners.

A mix of REAL fruit juices, combined with 5.5% alcohol content from 5x distilled vodka that is made in house, no extracts or concentrates, and no artificial sweeteners. Our goal is to create a light, refreshing, premium tasting beverage that has no alcohol burn or any weird aftertaste.

During the pasteurization process, a bit of sweetness is lost due to the heating we need to do to make it shelf stable. So we add 5g of natural sugar to help bring the juices back to their natural sweetness.

The recommended shelf life is 2 years, but since we use natural flavors and no artificial sweeteners, older products may not taste as flavorful as a fresher batch.
